i hate to break it to you, but i'm never going to be as excited about eating a salad or vegetables as i am about eating Sprinkles cupcakes - therefore, i won't be writing about the joy of eating the healthy stuff

i'm amused by the fact that the people who are trying to be so "helpful" are only focusing on what you perceive to be negative habits - i'm assuming that you're all educated, rational people - so why would you think that the few things that i've talked about eating are the ONLY foods i'm consuming? seriously? i've waited my entire life to have a baby - do you honestly think that i'm going to nourish my baby with nothing but junk - and as obsessive as i am about my weight - do you really think i'm going to eat everything in sight only to have to lose 50 pounds post pregnancy - the only thing i can think is that you aren't regular readers of my blog - and that's okay - but then don't assume that you know everything about me when in reality, you know very little

and fyi, miss medical student - there is no conclusive data on the affects of moderate caffeine consumption - moderate is defined as anywhere from 150-300 mg per day - heavy consumption is defined as more than 600mg per day - my one cup of coffee has about 80mg of caffeine - but again, thanks for your concern
