and here's my disclaimer - i did it the baked way and it was not good!! the cheese melted but the coating didn't cook - it was like eating bread crumbs on top of melted cheese - all of the recipes i saw online had basically the same recipe, but they said to freeze the cheese if you were going to actually fry it - i put mine in the freezer but have been too lazy to actually pull out the deep fryer - eventually, i'll get around to it and let you know how it turns out - but if you try it first, let me know - good luck!
