Had to laugh at that! No, I wouldn't want you to do that, I just thought I'd give my idea on what helps ME keep in shape. Looking back, I don't remember what got me to start running other than I was tired starving myself to keep thin(ish). I probably hated it at first, but there must be something to the "runner's high" thing. I don't feel "high" when I'm done, more like "really glad" that I did it. I listen to the show when I run, except on Sundays. You guys really get me through it.

Didn't watch the awards. I had to take care of my dad and he's into The History Channel more than Dreamgirls. I hadn't seen many of the movies (just Dreamgirls, I think) so it was all pretty irrelevant to me. I'm sure I can see the fashion pluses and minuses in the magazines and on E.
I DID see Jennifer Holiday (original Effie in the play) sing the song on E earlier in the afternoon. She's still got it, but I prefer Jennifer Hudson. I can't watch/listen to Beyonce. Just can't. She screeches.

Have fun with the home improvement. I helped my husband remodel our kitchen, dining room, and living room this summer. He laid the tile and I grouted it. 600 square feet of it!!! It was quite a job, but we got it done. We put granite tiles on the kitchen countertops and travertine as the backsplash. It looks really nice. It is addictive, but what a nice addiction.

Have a great week.
Kat
