I agree you write excellent blogs and really like the way your personality comes through in them but..........when you talk about phone callers who are 'stupid',in your eyes, you frighten the life out of me. I would be reluctant to call KKITM in case you were rude to me on the phone. I don't want to have that association of KKITM and rudeness as I so love the show. Have you ever done a customer care training course? I doubt it!
