I just got a great tip about how to make teeth white. I was reading an e-mail about all the uses for Hydrogen Peroxide and one of the tips said to put a capful of Peroxide in your mouth every morning and hold it in your mouth for about 10 minutes (they suggested while in the shower). The Peroxide helps to brighten a smile and also helps with mouth sores. I started using it for gum pain from wisdom teeth and it seems to work. It is probably slower than using the commercial products, but it is cheap.
