For those of you who do enjoy working out....I have been on a diet since July 1 of this year (and I have NEVER been one to want to workout)....I am counting calories and fat grams,etc.....however.....I purchased the DVD Turbo Jam and work out every other day doing the cardio and tone and sculpt with Chalene Johnson (for the first 1 1/2 months I worked out 6 days a week).....I have lost 38 pounds as of today (and it has only taken me 2 1/2 months)....lost 10 inches in my waist....6 inches in my hips...and so on....I have dropped 5 sizes and feel absolutely great....no one can believe it (including me)....I now only have 28 lbs. to go.....

Now Dianthe....I know you have said you don't really like to workout....however....the cardio is only 20 minutes...it is quite a workout but it is totally worth it and with as small as you already are....it would just melt off of you....

Also...in the beginning I was taking Hoodia faithfully....and yes ladies...it does work!!!...I only stopped because the workout is doing it's job!!!

I thoroughly enjoy your blogs Dianthe.....I have only posted on the message board a couple of times but just wanted to let everyone know that Turbo Jam is awsome and definitely worth the investment!!!!!....it is a lifestyle change!
