you'll probably have to adjust it some because i make about 4 cans at a time - but here it is

ingredients

tuna (duh!)
hard boiled eggs
pickles (i use the pickles that come in the big jar like you get at the movies - you can buy a big jar at Walmart for $6)
mayonnaise
mustard
garlic salt
black pepper

i use 3 hard boiled eggs, half a pickle and an 1/8 to a 1/4 of an onion for each can of tuna - the trick is to chop the onion and pickle into tiny, tiny pieces - i use the food processor and drain the pickles (if you use the juice, it's very runny) but not the onion - the juice gives it a good flavor - i use just enough mayonnaise to keep the tuna from being too dry - somewhere between 1 and 2 small spoonfuls - i also use mustard, garlic salt and black pepper to taste - again, with the mustard, not too much - i don't really want it to taste like mustard, more like "that tastes familiar but i don't know what it is"!

i know that's kind of crazy, but i just throw it all together and wing it - good luck!!
