You should try taking step! It's a lot of fun and is very upbeat but not too aerobic to where you couldn't do it if you were pregnant. I'm not down w/ the whole Yoga thing either b/c it's just too slow and not upbeat enough to hold my interest. I take step 3 times a week and I've really toned up alot since taking it. There's lots of pregnant girls in my class too. (I'm talking 8 months pregnant!) There's a lot girls who are taking step too post pregnancy to lose the baby weight. So, it's an overall good workout for anyone! Check out your local gym, I'm sure they have classes. Good luck!
