 I spoke to my accounting manager, who used to live in Vegas, and reccommended the following (in case it wasn't mentioned already).

Drais - Great after hours chill lounge bar that goes from about 2am to 8am. Apparently, there is a restaurant right there that serves an awesome $2.99 breakfast buffet for afterwards.

Pure - In Caesars. You know what that's about...

Rain - You probably know this one too. We would need to
wait in line and get there early, but he said it was definitely worth it and hot girls EVERYWHERE.

Ghost Bar - He and others said this place was awesome.

There is also an all-nude strip club that serves alcohol in the northern outskirt of downtown. All of the cabbies know where it is.
