 you could invest in one of those gay rubber balls in addition to a medicine ball. lay on the faggity rubber ball and extend your arms perpendicular to your body, grasping the medicine ball in your hands, and lift your torso up toward the med. ball. of you could hang off your bed, holding on for dear life with your hands. or, if your gym has a decline bench, use that.
