Joo, thanks for the heads up, but I've seen 3 such shake-ups in 4 years of work. It's safe to say that I'm used to it.
Tony, I played that M&M game for a solid hour or so like 2 months ago (found it on a pop culture blog) and got over 1/2 of them. Once I found the rest of the answers, I am fairly positive that I would've got less than 35. Still rather fun.
Heaves, you read correctly. IF I go somewhere, I will be in place and up and running in the new job by April 1. That probbaly means that I'll be moving a week or so before then which falls directly in line with Vegas. No worries though- I'll be there no matter what it takes. I just might be cancelling my flight and re-booking from some other destination. We shall see.
Joey, details of the game. Did your drunkeness cause any fights due to the outcome?
Venting section:
So, I set my DVR to record the Grammys, beginning at 8pm, ending at 11:30pm. Well, around 9pm, I go to my DVR list, click on "Grammys" and wouldn't you know it, but for some fucking gay reason (probably because my DVR is gay), it started recording at 8:27pm, eliminating the fucking POLICE reuinion show opener, which was pretty much the only fucking thing I wanted to watch! I've been scrambling ever since to get a look at it, but have had no luck.
Anyway, a few things about random hotness:
- Carrie Underwood is fucking stunningly gorgeous. I am officially infatuated (K. McPhee is also beautfiul although she has nothing to do with the Grammys).
- John Mayer can play a fucking guitar.
- The Red Hot Chili Peppers give me a boner. Heaves & Hafer can attest to that in person, like me.
- Chris Brown is trying WAY too hard to be the new Usher. But to his credit, he's doing a fairly good job at it.
- I have a man crush on Justin Timberlake.
- Kind of sick of the Dixie Chicks after the show.
- I fucking missed The Police!
