Wimp, I can do that with 4x that if I wanted to. :-P j/k excellent progress.

I thought you said you weren't worshipping the scale anymore. You do realize you're going to gain 2-3 lbs. Who cares if your zone-diet obsessed father says that you'll be fat if you gain 2-3 lbs? You need to stop thinking in terms of the scale and in terms of Mr. Zone-Diet if you want to progress. If what you care most about is the scale number, then stop working out altogether and eat 1/2 of what you do, but do lots and lots of running upon running. You'll look downright emaciated in no time. I assume that's not what you want, though, and you're just letting your father's scale-worship scare you. FORGET about his ideas.

Actually, you're seeing things if you see a pot belly and big floppy love handles like you do. My God if you actually had that you'd go insane since you're so obsessed with looking good for Hollywood's ideals. Also, how can you ride bicycles in the middle of the city? Especially around route 17 and route 4 and route 80. With the new plan I designed for you, you're not supposed to work your abs out everyday. My belief is if you can work a bodypart everyday at the same level of intensity as yesterday, you're using weight that's too light.
