I've started to use 20lbs recently. It's HARD! I now do 3 sets of 10 with curling.

Maybe not gaining bulk but....weight gain concerns me. I DO NOT wanna gain weight, that'll REALLY SUCK. Cuz if you lift more weight....your muscles wanna be nurished more so...causing you to EAT MORE. So I'm being really careful.

Well I'm no ab expert but, what I do is. I do sit-ups with 10 pounded weights in my arms and I cross em over my chest and I sit up fully for 2 sets of 25. This is a very intense exericse and right now I need to take a break from this cuz I'm in alot of pain.....YOU REALLY FEEL IT. Another thing I do is bicycles and the other one I do is lifting my legs up from the ground and crunching up. I try to work the abs everyday. Matt says I have a 2 pack but, pffffft he's seeing things I say. LOL
