Wow, nice, that's almost as much as i do, you'll get a lot stronger faster with that method. I am thinking of increasing all the weights i lift for October.

If you continue to exercise you won't get fat. So what if you gain a few lbs? I'd rather be how i am now than lose 10 lbs and lose my definition.

Oh hey that's cool i did that for awhile i've been expirimenting with all kinds of things. I'm in ur situation but i gotta ask where do you find good plaes for bicycle riding? Around where we live there really aren't any, so please tell me what kind of places you find for that, i'm interested.
