How have I limited myself on progress? My political opinions have nothing to do with weightlifting, or video games, or movies, or any other subjects. The reality is, the main theme discussion on the jokes site was race, except for a few threads here and there, and it was this way before I arrived at the jokes site in September 2004. Well, it was either that, or "yo mama" comments, or general cheap flame wars.

I'd actually consider myself quite open minded. I agree with some thoughts of people that I largely disagree with, and I don't look at their statements for a little flaw that I can bite onto and destroy them with. That is, unless they do that to me first. However, the rules of the board won't allow that to happen.

When it comes to weightlifting, places like LA and Miami are THE WORST for real results. The image of "strength" promoted by those areas is laughable at times. Many times, they'll promote low bodyfat, abs, biceps, and a tan as strength. The midwest, although not prominent with mainstream weightlifting, tends to offer ideas with the best results.

Now THAT I agree with. Most people are just spoon-fed something from the media (this can be said on various topics) and just accept it as is. Very few are willing to look at hidden sources, and many times, those will yield the best results (once again, various topics it can be applied to).

I've never heard about Chromium (not really a trace mineral, though) in regards to fitness. What have you heard about the function of Chromium?
