With as many cars as there are around here in the summer...it is a very good thing to have. They sell little dealies that you can put over the seat belt where it hits your neck, and they slide on the seatbelt so that people of different heights can use the same one. I trusted local govt, until I had to actually face them about a problem I was having. Then I saw how they didn't seem to give a crap about myself or my wife. From then on, We've been watching them.
