Now, The Port of Astoria Energy Committee says they are scratcihing around for $10,000 for some kind of 'Bio-Diesel' project. Why? For $55,000 the basic 'Pelly A5' is available and ready to start producing Bio-Diesel right out of the box and can be expanded to increase production as demand dictates.
