Sometimes, usually, Corporate interests get the power of the Cia or the dod behind them and the government, like Russia or Cuba have to curtail infiltration. Castro and Chavez have survived assassination attempts. Would you say Sweden is Authoritarian? I consider an Oligarchy authoritarian.
