We want to thank each of you for all of your prayers, positive thoughts and energy to help us get through Skyler’s tumble in Ocala. The neurosurgeon and team at Shands have determined that her C2 is an anomaly, a normal variant. Leave it to Skyler to be different and scare the $#%! out of the world. Xrays in Ocala and two doctors found what looked like a fracture of her C2. We all looked at it and can see it on the xrays. We immediately transported her to Shands. After a catscan and many xrays, they bring her back to us and take her away for more, the staff at Shands said she is normal and very lucky to have severe thoracic and cervical strain. She was born with her C2 looking like this. Skyler has therapy and massage scheduled several times a week to help with the strain. Each of you helped to bring Skyler through this and we are blessed to have so many wonderful friends. Thank you may seem like small words but all of you are a huge part of our life.
