Goodness. I ask a simple question and get a long bunch of rhetoric in reply. I ASSume that what Kenny said is what you meant. I was guessing that, but just wanted to be sure.
Kenny knows (as do others) that he and I were of the same mind when he resigned as a Director at the same time I resigned as Vice President of UHF. There is also Shane Jones, another Director who got away from the boondoggle that the UHF rapidly became soon after its inception (which was in 2003, not 2002 as the UHF Web site claims). One other Director also washed his hands of it at that time, but for other reasons.
I have lots of respect for one of the remaining Directors, but I see that he has also left UHF.
I don't want to go there with this thread... except to say that I won't have anything to do with UHF as long as certain people are running it, because I know those people too well. If I had only known them that well when we founded UHF, much hassle for everyone could have been avoided. And, to say that I would warn off other hunters from joining, for the same reasons.
So, done any hunting lately? I've done a lot of hunting but not much getting. I have put a couple Georgia does in the freezer so far, and could have shot a very short-antlered spike a couple weeks back, but I'm definitely lacking in the buck department.
