"Sweetheart, wake up...c'mon, wake up!"

Keith struggled to wake up. His mind seemed so heavy, his body so far away. "I've gotta find... before I get...," he mumbled still only half awake his head tossing about on the pillow.

"Keith sweetheart, wake up now honey," her words confused him. "You're having a bad dream...that's all...open your eyes."

Then, like a flash he opened his eyes, his frightened and confused eyes. For a moment he was lost, disoriented. Suddenly remembering his dilemma, he discreetly glanced down at his left hand...

"So, what did you lose?" she giggled, snuggling up to Keith's chest her hair tickling his chin.

"Lose?" Keith's eyes widened.

"Yeah, you were dreaming about something that you lost I think," her voice now serious once again.

"I have no idea what you're talking about...absolutely no idea..."
