Subject: What if he could feed from someone of Artemis' bloodline? Not necessarily her daughter but you know those gods and goddesses have kids everywhere. It would be cool if he could feed from her. I don't want him with Artemis!

[> [> [> [> [> I don't either Leiha! I'm actually wondering along the lines of Artie giving his soul to his heroine in the same way that the Dark Hunters have. I don't know if this is possible and would require MAJOR resolution between Artie and him. Might also mean he has to give up is godhood (godhead?) and become mortal also like the Dark Hunters have.... -- Melanie Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket, 13:27:58 07/26/07 Thu [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> I've been looking back through the book and in DMC a blood bond is created and Ash says "This isn't a typical blood bond... Once this is done there will be no way to undo it." which actually leads me to hope that there is a way of at least undoing the blood bond he appears to have with Artie - although I don't think we know the finer details of that yet either (do we?) I'm just hoping his and Arties is more 'typical'. -- Melanie Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket, 01:15:21 07/27/07 Fri [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> See,I looked at Ash & Artie's as being non-reversible after I read that part,b/c I was thinking of how Ash said it would be a highly sexual bond or whatever.Because, even though we know that Artie has always lusted for him,I have thougt several times, how could he possibly get it up for her or be interested in her at all, under the circumstances of those little trysts,LOL.I guess there is always that business of him being absolutely bound by his word once he gave it,though.BUT,Artie knows he is bound by his word,so if that's the case, then she must know that he is only responding to him b/c of his promise.Am I making any sense? I guess what I'm getting at is that his word to be her sex slave for X number of days would be like a kind of involuntary mental Viagra, since I don't see how he could desire her otherwise, given the circumstances. -- Bo, 06:32:54 08/09/07 Thu [1]

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> I just checked something else-what about on page 104,Kat's thought about 'Her mother was forever tied to her father, even though she wanted to let him go.' If their blood bond IS the unbreakable, sexual sort, this might explain her wanting to hide Ash's visits, being ashamed of her lack of control in the situation? I think it's mentioned somewhere 'The Beginning' maybe, about her having found a way to tie him to her forever, which she surely would have been happy about back then, but now maybe it is different.Or this could be a htought Kat had about something Artie TOLD her,and she did think to herself that her mother never told the whole truth about anything. -- Bo, 07:13:15 08/09/07 Thu [1]
