Anders,

I will try and get a photo & price on the Ice-Luge helmets for you this weekend. The Ice Luge helmet has far better visibility than Polaris Wedge helmets - as the ENTIRE front face shield is transparent plastic. You could lie TOTALLY flat when riding with one of these.

I'm not too sure how safe they would be in a crash when compared to the Polaris Wedge helmet, as they are specifically designed for Ice Luge; unlike the Polaris Wedge that is clearly evolved from motorcyle helmet technology.

However, they would be very cool for free-riding sessions if you are not pushing the danger limits too hard.
