Hi

I posted on here a couple of weeks ago about possible new courses and would be willing to help out in some way shape or form.

I'm a freelance Project Manager covering events and multimedia work so would be willing to do some of the leg work as long as other people do as well.

We need to work out accurately what this years event cost against what it will cost next year and create an event budget to work to, and then look how we can generate the required cash. Increased entry fees is only one way, did the event have any sponsorship last year?, if not how about people like Lush who advertise this site on their site, Red Bull are also into sponsorship in a big way as well as Extreme TV.

If people want to meet up I'm quite happy to get involved and as I'm currently Comp Sec for the Lotus 7 Club and can organise 70-80 cars to go up a hill I'm sure I've got some ideas about how to run an event down the hill (hillclimbing in reverse???)

Regards

Graham Lyall
