Well done to the Brits who made history at the recent Bainbridge world cup race in Ohio U.S.A.

PETE ELIOT (GBR) - STREETLUGE WORLD CHAMPION

JERRY GILDER (GBR) - BUTTBOARD WORLD CHAMPION

This is an amazing achievement for Jerry and Pete, who have both raced with rugged determination over the years to achieve this win.

It can be said of Pete, that he often got lost - but he refused to lose!

Considering how little practice they both get, (due mainly to the lack of U.K. races) to beat the Americans at their own game is an excellent result.

I hope that having two British World Champions can add some extra momentum to the B.G.S.A. / Aviemore publicity drive.
