Subject: How would i go about building a luge?

 I've been looking to get into the sport for a while now but I dont know how to go about building one. I've got all the tools that i would need but I wanna know like what to use for wheels and if it should be built out of aluminum or steel. I've got a welder and lots of experience welding and that sort of stuff. If anyone has the design or can just put me on the right track it would be much appreciated.
