 Kyuhra- The... stone, in center. It generates defense, makes our city vanish. Outsiders can not enter.

~+~*There were a few empty mirrors, but most of them contained SOMETHING. You guessed that there were 20 mirrors in all. 8 of them were empty. You mentally listed what was in all of them as you passed them.

1st, the massive wolf creature with the beautiful eyes.

2nd, an Ayanian Mage child- he was no older than seven.

The 3rd mirror was empty.

4th, a unicorn with a pure white coat and a black mane. It looked like one of the more ancient breeds.

5th, empty.

6th, a small gray cat with flaming wings. It attempted to attack you as you passed it.

7th, simply a small flower with sharp petals.

8th, empty.

9th, a human woman and a newbown child. They appeared to be sleeping.

10th, empty.

11th, a manticore with pure white fur and a red-tipped mane.

12th, a basilisk. It was covered in thorns, and had curled up into a small ball.

13th, empty.

14th, empty.

15th, a Lei'Rue of jet black fur and glowing red eyes.

16th, an Elf child. She was sitting in the center of a ring of thorns nursing wounds.

17th, empty.

18th, a mermaid. She appeared to be half-dead from starvation and blood-loss from several wounds on her tail and torso.

19th, empty- but the mirror was glowing faintly.

And at the end, the final mirror was the one that you were apparently searching for. Inside was a small silver FireBird- completely clear, almost like liquid glass. It was on fire, attempting to burn its way out- but having no luck. It stopped when it saw you, and stared for a moment.

Then, it changed- taking a human form. A woman in a blue dress, with silvery hair and eyes.
