(She hated the tone in his voice just then, almost as much as she hated herself for being so fucking weak.. but she had never had to lean on anyone before. She had been ashamed before and had not gone to him because he had always shied away whenever she brought up emotional things.. and now here she was being looked down at for not seeking help as well. She sniffled and wiped at her eyes, nodding slowly in a childlike manner.) Of course I do, Justin. (She lifted her head finally, and there were tears streaking down her face.) I wanted help then, but I was to scared and too fucked up to ask for it.. No one was listening to me when I was asking for work so I got angry and figured no one would listen to me about this either. (She sobbed, drawing her knees up more and rocking herself a bit.) I thought that if I got out in the field I could kick it, I could immerse myself in work and stop using.. but it only got worse and you were the only one I could go to.. (She stopped then, crying too hard to continue talking more..)
