Subject: Her brows knitted lightly as she looked over at him. "Yes, but I can help take care of myself, I'm not a civilian like Shay." She stated firmly, she wouldn't have him babying her or risking anything to protect her, she would rather have all his energy focused on protecting and watching over Shay. "Whenever we stop to catch a bus we could probably use a payphone there to call Remy instead of using a cell phone, less easy to track that way." • (He smiled over at her.) I know you can, I've seen you do it.. but that doesn't mean I have to like it. (He muttered at the end, his eyes narrowing a bit as he groused, just as she was frustrated about him being injured, he was frustrated that she had to see him hurt like he was, and to have to worry about Shay like she was.) That sounds good.. although I am sure he knows we're gone by now, honestly I am surprised he didn't follow me too. (He leaned his head back on the seat and sighed, willing the vicodin to kick in more so that he could relax.) It seems we're at an impasse then, because I don't want you to worry about me either. (But he did like knowing she worried about him.) (NT) -- Kyria, 15:49:30 02/06/06 Mon
