Randall,

I concur FULLY with your sentiments. As Tom Yearby and Mr. Cooper have indicated, we are not hung up on wether a lad has a $550 frock and feet-killing boots. If he is hardy enough to think this event is for him, his standard kit will work. I will temper the guidelines a bit so as not to lead folks astray.

As Mr. Yearby mentioned, some decisions had been made and made public prior to our tenure as coordinators.
