Ginny, In the 1950¡¯s Sears sold bag type syringes with the thick pipe and shield you describe (the same as those on douche bulb syringes). They also included the standard douche and enema pipes and the top of the line even had a Higginson syringe in the hose. If you are too embarrassed to buy syringes in a store, there are all sorts of Internet sites where you can order them. Acquire both the bag and bulb type and you can adapt the thick pipe and shield to the hose with a ¨ý x ¨ü inch barb coupling (hose adaptor, also called a hose coupling) available over the Internet or in most stores that carry pipefittings. Occasionally there is some variation in inner diameter of the large douche pipe necessitating use of a slightly different size coupling. You will find pressing the shield firmly against your introitus to be quite effective for retaining the solution in your vagina with either type syringe. You might find the large pipe and shield to be quite stimulating.
