Subject: nose bleed

Hi
I have nose bleed quite often, usually if I got 1, usually within the 2 weeks i will have a few more.
the amount is quite a lot, but I don't think I ever got the fainting feel from it. it could last from 10mins to hours.
it happens since I move to Canada.
when I bleed, it occurs like this
at first, nose suddenly bleed, could be during sleeping, having test, reading, doing nothing at all. the bleeding rate is normal, not too fast.
then later, a bleed clot would come out, either from nose or mouth. after, the bleeding rate is very very fast, need to change tissue within seconds since they will be covered by blood very soon.
after awhile then it will stop.
and cycle would happens again quite often in the next few days.
what could be some of the possible problems?
i had saw a few doctors but they seems useless and said the weather is dry and stuff.
I have this problem for about 8 years now.
I don't smoke or do drugs and it can happen any seasons of the year and it happens when I am both in HK and Canada.
Is it because my nosal tissue is too thin?
and whats with the blood clot?
i ask other people and they never have that, and when I was younger, I never bleed out any blood clot either
thanks a lot for helping
