運動會消耗身體能量+水+礦物質。前者可以進食含碳水化合物食物黎補充。後兩樣則需要額外補充。飲寶礦力/佳得樂係一個方法﹐冇問題。如果你齋飲水就缺少o左礦物質了。

維他命吸收無分時間性﹐乜時間食都無問題。反為如果你肚瀉就可能影響吸收。
