i wanted to let you know i had to deal with the same thing that you are dealing with now but on a lower grade level, and not just with one of my children but both.
My daughter was being harrassed so bad by this child in kindergarten, that she was so afraid to go to school. The harrassment got so bad that she started wetting herself , and crying in her sleep .
I had immediately went down to the school and spoke with the principle , and said if you dont put a stop to this I will. After I left the school I drove down to the police department , filed some paper work. The harrasment didnt stop until a week later when the police actually went to the boys home .
In the 1st grade my son was being bullyed by another boy, every time my son would tell his teacher , teacher told him not to be a tattled teller. When my son came home from school one day he had told me that this little boy kept pinching his behind, I said to him why didnt you tell the teacher , his reply was " I did she told me to go back to my desk and ignore him"
Once again I had a visit with the principle and also this time I sat down with the little boy and explained with the principle that if this was to Ever happen again , that the police would be at his home speaking with his parents .Needless to say it didnt need to come to that point.The teacher was spoken to , my child was removed from that classroom per my request.

ps if there is any incorrect spelling or grammer usage please forgive me , this was a very tough time in my life with my children and everytime I think about it makes my blood boil.
