I would like to respectfully disagree with Michael.Thou I understand your reasons and agree we may lose some business to N.H.People in our Commonwealth who suffer from substance abuse affect more then them they affect family members and in some cases the general public.Private business in this state pay out millions of dollars yearly to people with substance abuse problems.I'm speaking of ALL substance abuse problems.Cocaine, heron, pills, alcohol and yes even gambiling, etc. The companies that payout money in sick days, work problems, higher insurance preimiems etc.Pass these cost on to everyone including the residents of Dracut. Were I disagree with Rep.Colleen Garry is when she emotionally equated substance abuse(a alcoholic parent or relative)to a person who suffers from cancer. My father and Aunt died from cancer they did not get it from a bottle, needle, pills or sniffing drugs up thier noses. They got sick from either genics or envirement or both.I'm also a cancer survivor having recieved the bad news 2 years ago.Thank you for allowing me to reply.Bob B.
