Subject: up keep of dracut housing apartments

What are the responsibilities of Dracut Housing, as far as they’re up keep in the apartments.
Are they responsible for keeping the area clean and safe? Removing tree parts that are lingering on the roofs of the apartments.
Responsible for doing paint jobs on the apartments, inside and outs.
How about replacing carpets, that has been in the apartments for over 10 yr.
Responsible for fixing the screen doors that were so poorly put together and is currently fallen apart.
Replacing window screens that are ripped due to wear and tear.
What about the rotted fences in the front of the homes, shouldn’t they be replaced.

What in the world was the Housing Authority thinking when they left the rocks in the middle circle, so the kids could fall and get hurt? Why not place a little play area inside of boulders.
When you rent an apartment from any landlord isn’t it their responsibility to replace and repair any damage that was not caused by the tenant.
Isn’t it the landlord responsibility to make sure the area around the apartments is safe and free from any harm to his tenants?
Would t it is the landlord responsibility to trim any trees that could cause squirrels to make a home for themselves.
Wouldn’t it be the responsibility of the landlord to replace carpets in the apartments that he/ she owned if it was worn down.
