Sorry for the delay!

I have been traveling for the last couple of weeks and have not had the time to devot to this discussion as I would like to!

I will post replies as I have time to over the next week.

Here is a generic response for you to think about while you wait for the detailed response to your issues: In the absense of a Nickel Hill in Dracut, what industrial/commercial/residential project would you feel would meet your "standards" for inclusion into Dracut? Think "real world" as far as income producing potential (i.e. tax revenues vs. municipal services needed) and the stress these potential projects would put on infrastructure, the environment and other "social" systems.

I do not think that the towns of Methuen or Andover (or any other town in eastern New England) has thought about the consequences of the industries they have let build in those towns. I think that this is the only viable solution to the need of Dracut to have a big source of tax revenue with the least amount of impact on the infrastructure, environment, and other systems.
