This will be my last post on this subject.

I try and try to convince you and others (i.e. MVRE) that the use of generic information to try to make your case will not convince the decision makers and others knowledgable in this field. I have obviously failed! Your and others responses to my taking you to task are only met by more generic infomation and threats of cutting off debate on the subject. A formidable wall of defense if I may say! But, a wall of defense eventually fails and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BATTLE IF YOU DO NOT USE VALID/SOLID FACTS. If you or anyone else had provide some concrete piece of information against the proposed Nickel Hill plant specifically, I would have been tohe first to push for denial of the plant or try to correct the issue to make the plant safe and a good neighbor.

Yes, these passionate postings and "fact" filled speeches will convince those who are looking for a reason for their pain and looking to stop such facilities. I do not have a problem individually with these people, I have a problem when "fact" is talk about when I know fact is far from being the case. I just have a problem letting it pass and need to right a wrong. I retrospect, I think we two are fighting from the same inspiration! I am fighting for logic and scientific accuracy, you are fighting to stop what you feel is contributing to the illnesses that have affect you or loved ones. Fight to right a wrong!

I see that I cannot convince you or the minority of people that have chosen to be vocal against this proposed facility. When I started following the power plant debate in Dracut, I came in expecting to be playing the role you are playing. I had expertise in a field that I could find all of the wrongs that this company was going to try to pull over this little town. But, based on the in depth review and many meetings, I have come to believe that this plant will be good for Dracut, both finanically (more so than any potential project or combination of projects that Dracut could every have) and environmentally/health effect-wise.

I wise you luck in your efforts to stop what you feel is wrong. I only wish you would focus your obvious energies in a different direction. I think you could help change the advancement of urban sprawl. Unfortunately, I feel Eastern Massachusetts is a lost cause, that is one of the main reasons I moved!
