It's in the NAME. There are two aspects to the
name./
Jesus: a "living" soul. The thought of God made in the image of God.
This is the place where the Word comes to man. This place is a level of thought. It comes to man in the volume of the book, without which man would not hear.

Two scriptural witnesses on how the Word comes to man:::
Psalms 40:7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
Hebrews 10:7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.



The first man is a living soul. The living soul is a son of God. Eve is the mother of all living. Eve is the soul of the first man. It is the soul that must must be taught and come to understand.
It is the soul that did not understand the word from God in the beginning, nor did it believe God.
We are the children of Eve (soul in no understanding/disbelief).


The second Adam is a "quickening" spirit. THIS IS THE CHRIST.

CHRIST: The word of God UNDERSTOOD.
The word of God comes to man as prophecy. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS IS THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.

catch that: it is the testimony of Jesus that is spirit.
It is the Christ that is Life!

The prophecy is given to man in the language of God which is PARABLE. Jesus spoke and taught parable unto them.
Two witnesses on how Jesus speaks.
Matthew 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
Mark 4:34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Because the bible is in the language of God (parable), it requires interpretation. The FIRST THING a believer should know is that "No prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation."

2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

The bible is very clear, man is not to interpret scripture, this includes clergy that lack understanding of how scripture speaks. "INTERPRETATIONS BELONG TO GOD."
Genesis 40:8 And they said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.

It is the WISE MAN who has the "quickening spirit" (word understood) that is able to speak with understanding of God.
Proverbs 1: 5.A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: 6.TO UNDERSTAND A PROVERB, AND THE INTERPRETATION; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
NOTE: "DARK SAYINGS" are the psalms, proverbs, similitudes, allegories, riddles, and difficult understandings of the scripture, they are the parable.

The bible will tell you how to know if your bible teacher is "wise," and if he understands what he teaches.
Ecclesiastes 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

catch that: the teacher (preacher) will teach the people knowledge (of God), give good heed (wisdom from above), set out (reveal), and set in order may proverbs (parables).

The apostle gives the clue on how to read scripture. The wise man will compare scripture with scripture, or to put it another way, compare spiritual with spiritual.
1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

The Holy Ghost is the teacher. He is the "quickening Spirit." He is the Christ.

Summation:
Jesus: The Word
Christ: The Word Understood.
Jesus: first Adam, a living soul
Christ: second Adam, a quickening spirit.

The Son of God: Jesus Christ, is the Word in Understanding.

LUKE 8:11 NOW THE PARABLE IS THIS: THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD.
