Subject: Brazilian Elections

Dear Editor,

I do not believe that Lula deserves a second term as president however, I do believe he would be the best candidate for the job. Lula has made many jobs and provided grants to help the poor which slightly improved the economy. True indeed Lula may have been involved in scandals but, that doesn't change the positive things that he has done in Brazil.
In addition, the other candidates have not presented any strong plans to improve prevailing issues of the Brazilian people such as corruption and their economy. They seem to focus too much on what bad Lula has done.

No matter who wins, I hope the soon to be president puts the interest of the people first.
