You don't have to worry about making friends in college. So many different people go, that you are bound to find a lot with the same interests as you. In high school I didn't drink, but a couple of my best friends were partiers. One of my friends that smoked said one time that even if I wanted a cigarette she wouldn't give me one. They all knew I didn't do that stuff and respected me for it. You can make and be friends with the party people if you want, and if they are your friends they will respect you too. If not, I have made plenty of friends who share my same values. Everyone is nervous at first, but things will work out.
