Although I wholeheartedly agree with you, I feel as if your viewpoint is sexist. The situation can go either way. Girls move on, girls take advantage of guys, and girls break guy's hearts too.
Just pointing that out. There is no middle ground between being a friend and being a couple, no matter what either individual claims.
