Your words, ok?

----I do, however, lean towards the fact that what they are doing is helping women that I think are not neccessarily deserving of help. At the same time, I am not painting the pro-life protestors, that warrant the use of escorts, as do-gooders and saints. I just want to know what the thinking of these volunteers entails. Why do you feel it necessary to help in this situation. I think this inquiry is justified espescially if you are going to question the thinking of the Army of God: a notion that started this whole debate.----

I am taking the position that escorts are good to fend off militant pro-lifers, which naturally could put the patient at risk. Some line of defense against these groups. You're against that, huh? So, these women and doctors deserve what they get from these radicals, right? That's a pretty interesting view.

Also, why do you write it as "pondering," and then say that you hate using that word? Is it because you really aren't "reflecting or considering with thoroughness and care?"

I used the word ponder because I think it best fit my conteplation of the topic at hand. And, I must say, that it is incredibly unrealistic and foolish of you to say that I have not been considering this particular topic enough. It sounds to me like you are getting personally upset. If that is the case, then don't. Stop arguing anything and relax for a second.

I will repeat this again, please try to see it this time. All I said was that I question why the escorts do what they do. I did not say they should not. I did however say that the women using this clinic probably do not deserve the help, but that was it. I did not make ANY accusations toward those that volunteer.

Also I never said that the militant pro-lifers should do what they do, in fact I think I criticized them at some points. And if my slights at them have not been enough I will say it again. They do not understand the word of god, and to me, it seems extremely arrogant of them thinking they know what god wants.

Does this appease you, will you stop making attacks at my thought process and give an answer to what I am asking, not just a retort that criticises the pro-lifers. All I want is for someone to answer this if they can. Can anyone give me the insight to what the volunteers are trying to accomplish?

Instead of saying that killing docotors and patients is a bad thing, the escorts go there to offer support and protection against these groups. An escort. They escort the patients and doctors from their cars to the inside of the clinic.

You said:

The help is in protecting the patients and doctors. You say they don't deserve the help. So basically, you're giving the pro-life radicals free reign over the patients and doctors.

If you are against the pro-life radicals, then you should be for the escorts. Plain and simple.
