Why the hearing and what discipine?" on 09:52:10 02/01/07 Thu I disagree. To have a lawyer is a waste of money. The hearing is a rubber stamp 99 % of the time. The DOC will never admit that they were wrong. I remember years ago when the union was at a hearing. The union guy argued that the person who was being charged with a violation, was the wrong person because that person was not on duty on the day of the violation. The results came back as a warning.
