When I went to the meeting on Wednesday I was kind of surprised that our zoning commission has chosen to ban them in the zoning plan. The list of prohibited animals in the zoning text needs to be more specific. Grandfathering is great, BUT......Did you notice when I asked them... "Could the zoning rules be changed, WITHOUT a vote of the people?" The answer, after 3 trys, and after Mr. Riley had to reread the question to them several times was YES! Once those zoning rules are in place, the zoning commission or trustees can change them, WITHOUT you or I having any say. Allan [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
