Date Posted: 03:05:21 10/23/08 Thu In reply to: K.Cutshall 's message, "Zoning, is it really needed ?" on 15:27:13 10/17/08 Fri I totally agree with you! And don't be fooled when they try to run that "Grandfathering" on you. Oh, if your doing it now and it's legal, you'll be "Grandfathered" in and can continue. What they don't tell you is ANY part of this zoning document....once it is in place... CAN BE CHANGED! And I mean By the zoning commission/trustees...WITHOUT asking 1 voter! PLUS...In these tough times, I don't want my taxes raised to pay for a zoning inspector, along with whatever benefits he/she will be given. Speaking of zoning inspector......They will be choosen by the trustees. KEEP MONROE RURAL......VOTE NO ZONING! Those people in Monroe that want to live with zoning, there are lots of communities that already have zoning. I'm sure that they would welcome you with opened arms! ZONING: BAD FOR YOU BAD FOR ME BAD FOR MONROE Sincerely, Allan [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
