I started sneaking a few cigarettes when I was 12 and became an everyday smoker at 15. I'm 21 now, so I've been smoking 9 1/2 years. For me, the feeling I get from inhaling still feels incredibly good; granted the head buzz has been long gone. It does take a longer drag and deeper inhale than when I first became accustomed to smoking, but that is to be expected. Also, I'm usually under a pack a day and I think that helps because I space mine out pretty well over the day.

I wouldn't worry about it, Cassie, just enjoy it day by day. If it gets to the point in the future when you're not getting pleasure from it, then you can jump that fence when you get to it.

Best wishes,

Rita
