Nothing will ever replace JAG for me, & Mac will always be my favorite character that Catherine has potrayed. But I like Denise too, & am liking her more each week as she unravels & starts finding herself. I agree that I think there's going to be a little conflict with Frank, because Denise isn't going to be the "little wife" he left behind who I believe for the most part in their marriage was seen & not heard. But I think Frank will be okay, & I'm looking forward to Denise evolving each week. -- Army Wives: Celebrating the circle of friendship!

Contrarily in AW she is continually growing. You can see the character becoming more and more empowered each week. I think that's one of the differences in my opinion between JAG and Army Wives, in that on Army Wives, everyone is written so well and so unique in their own way and one isn't made to look bad or be belittled to make the other look better.
