[> I think is b/c how the hostage situation played out -- he was trying to help the Sgt, & the sniper shot him in mid sentance. As a Dr., his heart is in helping others & that was taken away by someone else. I also noticed he hasn't been the office much -- like he's running from it -- in more ways than one. -- Texasbrat, 06:44:28 07/10/07 Tue [1]

[> [> That should read "hasn't been IN the office much" my brain was moving faster than my fingers. Oh, forgot to add -- I think Roxy sensed something was amiss with Roland & it wasn't just cuz Joan was away. -- Texasbrat, 06:59:08 07/10/07 Tue [1]

[> AW showed how CJ was affected. Not sleeping and going for a walk. Roland actually had the guys blood on him and his look of shock and horror said it all ,at the time. I hope he is talking to one of his colleagues about this. His wife is in no condition to help him and is away. The person he shared the experience with he is not returning her calls. He just heard the horrific story from a stranger and he has told his wife he would have tried to save the little girl. Physical activity will release endorphins but will it be enough to relieve him the pain he is in? Time will tell. -- Jubellant, 07:32:32 07/10/07 Tue [1]

[> [> Roland had a lot to take & absorb -- the story of what happened to his wife, then his own trauma. He may be experiencing some post traumatic stress of his own, thus coming to an understanding of his wife's experiences. -- Texasbrat, 07:43:14 07/10/07 Tue [1]

[> [> Thanx, Jen, I've been watching the show since the git go, and reading here almost as long. I'm surprised we haven't heard from NG, I think she watches, too. -- Texasbrat, 04:36:55 07/11/07 Wed [1]
