Subject: I thought she just said she took an earlier flight. Roland said he didn't expect her until that night. Plus she told Roland she's decided to take "another 30 days off". She was gone the full 30 days. How long was Trevor's recovery on his knee as well? There are other indicators that it's been more than two months since the beginning of the show in the timeline.
In reply to: Kathy 's message, "Sure it can. Why can't it. It hasn't been 5 weeks since Joan left. She was supposed to be gone for 30 days and they said in the previews that Joan surprises Roland by coming home early, so she wasn't there the full 30 days. She left right after the 4th. And quite honestly, it never entered my mind about how soon it was that Pamela and Chase had sex. This is tv folks, not real life. I think they are following a real life calendar very well, and while they might take a few liberties in a small area, overall it's very realistic in my book. I don't sweat a little liberty here or there because this is tv not real life. No tv show I know of follows an exact and perfect timeline. I just sit back and enjoy a good show and this is definitely a good show." on 07:28:43 08/02/07 Thu
